That's what MM manipulation does to a great stock's price!! Sad but true. IMHO the only way to fight them is to KNOW WHAT YOU OWN AND HOLD YOUR SHARES. The alternative, unfortunately, is to give in to them and sell your shares for way less than they are worth.
