I think this PR sets a new Berman record for most words without any true progress in the entire PR! Bravo!

Now for this one, is Berman just pulling these things out of his butt? The Xprize rules say that after applications are taken, the first cut is the semi finalist = second round. How in god's name is that the third round? Can't this man count? ..... "DECN will also advance to a third round of testing in Korea in conjunction with the company having been selected as a semi-finalist for the XPRIZE"
So, bottom line, no update on whether US testing has even started!
