I'm guessing you're new here, I don't see anything you've written about XXII older than about a month. I've been here for years, as have several others, and we've been hearing this sort of hype throughout. Trying to pump up share price is nothing new, but boldfaced type and all caps doesn't make approval more certain than it has previously been.

The fact of the matter is that the FDA has shown itself, here and elsewhere, as being corrupt. Ask Dr Scott Gottlieb, its former Director, why the MRTP hasn't been approved, he seemed to be all for it. It may very well soon be, or it may not, but there's certainly no certainty about it. Institutions have been swinging in and out of XXII for years, everyone is hoping for approval, one has to wonder what is actually going on.
