I doubt that you will learn much. I can tell you that I have at least a dozen dark Chinese companies on my watch lists (from the past) and as far as I can remember none of them have ever updated or reactivated their website after it had gone. And they have all gone away.

HERB is one of a kind. Add to that the cash position and government control. It is actually reflected in the $5M market cap. All the other dark companies are worth much less, in the $100k's.
