Als, Santiago is supposed to be contacted by Johan. The bankruptcy is a pure diversion to escape the real issue of fraud. You cannot hide behind bankruptcy andthe fact that the Govt. determined they were making far more than claimed makes them ripe for lawsuits and they cant hide fraud and malfeasance behind bankruptcy. Their best bet is to buy out the shareholders and be done with it. Or go down a long, costly,stressful, and potentially criminal exercise.
