What exactly looks strong here?

The fact it opened at .02 and then continued to downtrend all the way down to .016 area?

OR

The fact it’s been weeks waiting for the POR?

OR

Was it the fact the BRTXQ pump crew had to lie about the POR being effective as per Pacer or the lie about a nonexistent court date..
