Just the Fact that it got pumped and hyped like crazy and a few minutes of DD revealed already that SGCI was/is trying to get this Henan Wandi thing listed for years already without success. First in Cyprus and now at OTC via Merger. Looking at some of the involved people inside SGCI just caught my attention as well.
Different people look different at things...

Other than that, it's not my $'s that stuck in this CO.
