The only real event that is actually happening is that Stuart Burchill is being sued personally by Chemcoat for $48.000. Industrial Nanotech has no money or actual assets and since Stuie guaranteed the payment his personal assets are now in jeopardy.
Since the legal team that Stuie tweets about is completely delusional he is forced to represent himself against a actual legal team.
