I for one am happy that the relocation seems to be taking place without incident.

Having been in Michigan my nostalgic thoughts return to the last time flying out of a small airport after having aborted one take off--bells and flashing lights visible. The front landing wheel would not turn.
The repair first before proceeding anew requirement was not in effect for our low status.
It's nice to be king.

Other than standing around and observing new machinery procedures and methods of operation on a few day trips and one 24 hour gig, the square peg in round hole principle applied completely. The training manuals acquired were worth more than anything else.

For a new production line to run usually a technician needs to stand by and train a few operators--program the computer etc...
All I can say is those Italian's were shocked by how our company turned the screw in keeping them is place--I've never seen something like road rage on a factory floor before.

Let us hope no one is injured by all this newness. The safety requirements and on site regulations are onerous tasks nowadays.
