no its about the millions of sh traded after the the co notified dtc about counterfit sh and the the dtc still allowing it to trade along with dtc being responsible to cover all trades AFTER the notification --has nothing to do with bcit being responsible after dtc notified;also the sh price was @.05 climbing when brokerages realized they we,re responsible and facilitated the halt in BUYING but continued letting only sells go thru big difference gl n happy new year to yall wb
