This is very weird as we are in same boat kind of.

I see the writing on the wall I want & need to get far away from here.

Like you, the part that hurts the most is all the work I've done in my garden.

One of my goals was to get it to the point maintenance is a piece of cake.

Well, I'm right there.

What good is growing your own food if you are constantly doing work just to maintain it where is the fun?

Where is the time to experiment with different growing methods?

I hate to start over but I'm hoping to be in a position to be able to spend more time on doing so and not be wrapped up running my business.

We shall see lot of things have to happen.

Got a two year plan if not sooner if the right property comes along I'll do it sooner.
