In my opinion such a merger would be extremely unlikely, but I very rarely speculate about whether or not a company will merge with another, expect when I read news or rumors about a possible merger.

To me, it would make more sense (and be more likely) for Exxon to buy FCEL than for FCEL to merge with PLUG.
