Johan E basically took total legal responsibility for the TMPS current state of affairs when he contacted the SEC, in writing, & accepted their ruling on revocation prior to the dead line.

So in the end he's painted himself in a corner & I believe he will HAVE TO pay share holders a fair price for their shares.
