Another example back in 2008 everybody knows what I’m talking about when stock market crashed A reit PUBLIC company but I want a lot of malls... A $15 stock went down to a dollar or so... The CEO came out in public and said it was a $15 stock and he’s buying he had to do this because it was just shorted down to nothing and wasn’t going back up... as soon as he said that the stock price started rising back up accordingly...
