Yup, that $38M "work-in-progress" was a hoot.

Some of the most ridiculous book cooking I've ever seen.

Its like Ford or GM having all the parts to manufacture a car (seats, tires, engines, transmissions, light bulbs, etc.) but counting those unassembled parts as completed vehicles loaded on semi trailers and rail cars in route to dealerships.
