Hi Bib....great, where did you find it. I didnt see it get posted. I took a day off and I was going to resend it today but that is the gist of it. My next steps are as follows and I want to hear what you think of these steps:

1. Call Johan again in the next week or so to find out what Santiago is doing or not doing.
2. Initiate additional contact with the organizations that I will utilize to pursue this issue. Of course some contact has been made but I will post that when it is useful to all of us.
3. Research Santiago and its constitution and members.
4. Contact Santiago directly to determine their ownership of the aircraft, TMPS, and other arrangements they made with Mr.Eliasch.
