Agreed stockfan100 !!

This is a great read about SECI case.

*****************************************

case number 119907606

https://www.utcourts.gov/xchange/

Since depositions, both sides already know how this is going to end. SECI will win.

The problem is what amount they can agree on. As you'd figure, they'd like to pay as little as possible. But based on the wording of that PR, PA sounded pissed that he had to go 9+ years to get to this point for them to admit what they did and settle. That's why when he said "going to take all profits" he was serious .. he’s looking for $10-$20 Billion bare minimum.

He knows he holds the patents. He knows he has s mountain of evidence to back up there claims. He knows that several parties were involved with this illegal theft that produced billions on billions of profits. Many people got rich off this. Problem is the guy who invented it got nothing.

So Seci hold all the cards here. Settle for 100% ownership rights, get a lump sum, and annual royalties, and if they are happy with it, they will settle.

If they don’t want to pay now and want to try and get off paying less, they will not settle.

Problem is, Rico will come to the party in the very near future, and they cant win, so why take a chance with a trial. 3 times damages, and most likely prison time for some.

So it all comes down to how much they want to pay, when they want to take the massive financial hit, and how much longer seci want to take this.

9+ years is a long time to be fighting this. Finally someone wanted to listen, and what fo you know, Seci have been telling the truth all along. All they needed was chance to present their evidence.

Seci has the evidence
Seci has the patents
Seci has the witnesses and whistleblowers
Seci has the hard proof to back up everything they have said

All public info seci have released seems pretty impressive, and I have no doubt the evidence we have yet to see or hear about is the final nails in the coffin.

Problem is, we and the public will never see any of it if they settle as I'm sure they will pay extra to keep everything confidential as to limit the damage this will have our there parent companies.

So long story short ... do I think they will settle ? YES, but only if seci get what they need from this settlement. They need the proper legal ownership rights to the tech to go after every other defendant that has yet go be sued or identified.

All I know is the next 3 months will be very exciting. Expect the unexpected when it comes to Seci. Plenty of things are going on behind the scenes with this lawsuit/stock ticker.
