[COULD IT BE - THE 20 mil WAS

An effort by management to push up the share price between 08 and 10 cents.
Knowing that this future sale would have been worse a lot more if the anticipated share price would have held.
Hindsight says that this 90 mil offering was already scheduled and would be offset by the anticipated news upcoming regarding sales and uplift.
If the news is strong enough I believe it will absorb these shares easily.
