I bought another 20K shares this morning at a hair under .005. I made a killing on VVPR today (and the weeks prior). My patience sure paid off on that one! Still holding over a million shares of VMSI. The share structure is still good. Something's going to happen someday. I don't think they'd be working that hard on getting the books in order, and planning for the up-list, and keeping the share structure in good shape unless there's a plan. And I don't think Tangiers would give them loans unless there's a plan. Someday this will hit a dime or higher, and the long wait will have been worth it. Remember, you don't actually lose anything unless you sell at a loss. Personally I'm hoping for a merger between a successful private company with similar goals to VMSI. Somewhere there's a private company who needs to go public, and the fastest way to do that is a reverse merger with a company like VMSI with a clean set of books.
