MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2003--iVoice, Inc., a provider of speech-enabled auto attendant and call routing platforms, today announced that it has reached an agreement for White Radio, a division of Cygnal Technologies Limited ("White Radio"), to market and sell its iVoice suite of speech telephony applications. White Radio is a Distributor of Avaya products for the Canadian Dealer Community.
iVoice speech products enable callers to get connected, without assistance from a live operator, with the person or department they wish to reach by simply speaking the name. White Radio's customer base can now benefit from the numerous advantages that iVoice products bring to business customers, including the quick resolution of mission-critical business communications problems, direct cost savings and rapid ROI. As an Avaya Developer Connection partner, iVoice offers comprehensive digital integration with the Avaya Definity line of PBXs, and analog integration with the IP Office, Partner and Magix lines of PBX"s. The iVoice speech product integrates via TAPI ports on the IP Office, eliminating any additional hardware, allowing for unparalleled flexibility in the deployment of customer speech applications.
