I just called Schwab and they said no fees are charged for OTC trades. He said they'd allow a trade on a stock with a yield sign on it. Decisions, decisions. They also won't transfer from another broker any stock trading under $1.00. So, I can't transfer my current holdings yet. I may open an account with them for new stocks. I have to think about this.
