I think that no one knows why the FDA contacted PMCB at least 5 times for information during the IND review and then placed it on hold. But of course the speculation without knowledge game is what PMCB is and always has been about. A company with an old tech no one wanted that PMCB has used to HYPE for 8+ years and convince naïve shareholders into believing they invested in a real company only the truth is they invested in a stock selling scam.
