That's not a very big float for a OTC pink AT ALL man, I've seem 10b floats hit .001 to .004 and one that made me a after tax profit of $850k had a 4,059,200,613 float when I sold at .032 just before it hit .0349. So philg, that's totally incorrect.

So $NBRI could fly to .001 with NO PROBLEM.
