Looks like it was pushed out due to SEC comments on the form S4

The more I read about this the better it sounds for VKIN! Going to NYSE with 80% ownership of CEI according to what I read. CEI is fully diluted and VKIN has all the actual assets so VKIN getting the majority of the equity I guess.
