When was this posted, they say April and updated Sept. but what year? I think 2019.

NOT all convertible note are Toxic. I DON'T let my lenders convert at will, I restrict the share and deposit them (DTC etc.) so they can be converted in a titrationial way as not to crash the PPS.

What does this have to do with $NBRI? $NBRI nor Perry are mentioned.
