Dwyer saw that his name was dragging any possibility of successful Pump & Dump to happen and found someone else to do it, making it look like he's distancing himself from all his scams, but it's all musical chairs, fundamentals have not changed.

This was started as a scam, behaved like a scam and will end as a scam.
