Once the conditions are met with View Systems per the MOU at the top in 2019 PR, I believe NEWC shareholders will still get rewarded. The coal mining operation is still going and I’m pretty sure that will fall under VSYM also. I think they are working hard on the conditions right now like the licenses etc and will shift focus on the stock value in due time
