It hasn't uplisted yet. Glenn just did the initial filing. There are a few steps to happen yet. None of which will we get updates on because the powers at be don't release interim reports to the public. Glenn is obviously working on getting the uplist, let him do his job. If you are looking for an ATM, find another ticker.
