You would have to post the agreement between Resonate Blends and Textmunications. Anytime there is a split like this one, Resonate Blends would have in writing that they are not responsible for any past liabilities of Textmunications. Same thing happens when a public company goes private. This is Textmunications problem not Resonate Blends problem.
