Do you have any evidence to support your claim? or are you just guessing?

Bright Green now has nothing to do with GNCC.

Based on what I've posted, BG still owns, and has a large vested interest in GNCC shell. BG, currently a private company, and currently listed as "active" on NMSOS, has not gone public.... yet.

So how does anyone know what is going on.

They are still working with a Merger specialist, as indicated by NMSOS.

Bright Green Group is gone, however Bright Green Corporation is alive and well, and has now assumed the exact same address BGG was at....and judging by what I recently posted, are working on something.
