I'm sure you are correct. This investigation has been going on since 10/2018. That is a long time to investigate, and the fines will exceed $5m, imo. Lots of paybacks heading to Mark and Rene for their lack of ethics and misrepresentation of the facts in Arrayit. $500k Porsha, when he screwed over a Mexican college, neglected the auditor, and couldn't pay rent. Actually sounds like something a irresponsible kid would do. I do not believe in karma, but process, and anxiously awaiting SEC & DOJ's process. Stay tuned!
