Our contractor Groundhog Mining and Milling Company has cleared the blockage in the
Lucky Ben Mine as part of the work to complete feature maintenance and the exploration
work. Records indicate the blockage was created to secure the mine after Franklin D
Roosevelt issued Executive Order 6102 and the passage of the Gold Reserve Act of
January 30, 1934. We are immediately launching the process of collecting samples of the
vein structure that has been hidden away behind the blockage for nearly 90 years. We
have released a short video showing the vein structure as well as pictures on our website
and via social media which show the historical tunnel and the vein structure. Historical
production records show this vein was producing 2.322 ounces of gold per ton and 1.16
ounces of silver per ton. In 1987 the Goldstone Minerals Resource Corporation of
Vancouver, BC, Canada conducted sampling and reported finding a gold-rich quartz vein
grading 2.12 ounces of gold per ton. The following is the report provided by Goldstone:
