MMX is heavily vested in Mexico, and their previous earnings & revenues were outstanding.

I think GORO will be fine, and I expect their numbers to rock as well. As long as it's a share for share split, I'm as happy as a clam in the river; and RE: the dividend... Well, let us see how it plays out. If they screw investors/shareholders, they will be marked as underhanded managers for a very long time. If they're making a dayum good move: Au contraire. You really need to go to the GORO thread at YahooFinance.com and read about the telephone conversations that a couple of other shareholders had with the company, 'post press release'. Very informative, if true. Judge for yourself.
