I still think the SEC matter requires two minor revisions to year end financials. Seeking out a new accounting firm held up the response. But, why the old accounting firm who was familiar with ATDS couldn't make those changes makes me wonder. Unless as ATDS grew and year end audit became more complex, their accounting firm may not have had the manpower and expertise to deal with it properly. Now Jason is under the gun to respond to the SEC and quickly. Only time, and a short period of time at that, will tell.
