So they exercise the Warrants then. Makes sense. Let's hope they don't go for the whole cake and Convert their Sr. Preferreds instead.

Equity is equity -- whether it's Warrants for 79.9% or SPS for 99%. Thankfully, we'll find out soon which route they're going and then we can remove the guessing game.
