After trying a few numbers on the Financials, I was able to get a hold of Geoffrey Heath, the CEO. Very nice guy and very professional. He did confirm that Schaefer is handing it off to him. He can't say what the updates are or when they will come (hence being professional), but he DID say that he's working on getting the CE removed and going current. So the story is the same - just have to deal with some impatience for now. Hold and load.
