The OTC doesn't care about reality, there are tickers doing 10m in revs a year and over 100m in assets trading in .01+ range lol... DKSC is in a "hot" sector and the chart is near bottom, just needs volume and it'll break .003s quickly. Also, if what the company says is true about them transporting PPE product via chartered 777 plane then one PR about the revs these few months generated will pop this over .01 - Huge pump from that
