Mikedel - I'll take a shot at your post, because most of its nonsense. I'll focus briefly on

6) Geert's stock holding are irrelevant and posturing.

Facts:
- Geert's annual salary is $511k/yr
- he owns 2.438k shares, worth about $35 million at $14.5/share
- he has 300k exercisable options at about $2.2/share which as of the 2019 annual report he has NOT exercised. Thats $3.7 million $
- he has said he does not exercise those options because he'd rather do that at $100/share!!!
- he's 61 yrs old

Sooo, he is posturing with his $38.7 million of shares/options which he has not sold/exercised (presumably because he believes in MK) so he can pull down that big $511k/yr. If he continues working another 30 yrs, till he is 91, he'll have gotten less than half of his current holdings.

Thats some stupid 'posturing' on Geert's part.

Your argument on this point, like most of your other points, is ludicrous.

If you are going to bash or possibly be a paid short, at least post something intelligent. Jeez.
