With all due respect shanak10, this is simply not true. Most companies press release and elaborate when they file an S1. Its a major event for any company. The lack of a PR today yet another example of why I believe this company's IR/PR strategy is greatly lacking.

And if what you said was the case, then why did they PR the Form 10? They felt the need to PR preliminary % increase in revenue, but not a significant filing with the SEC?
