The yield sign never concerned me one bit. For a matter of fact it was kind of reassuring based on the fact that it indicated that the LOI and the corresponding NDA were still being abided.

I base this assumption on the fact that they can’t release the reports due to the forward looking statements within them. They want to roll this out together and releasing them would not follow that plan
