It most certainly is shameful, Hawley has shown he’s not a man who stands by his word - he merely says what he thinks traders wish to hear. That’s obvious by the fact he enacted a 1:7400 Reverse Split on MHHC shareholders.

His demeanor reminds me of the old lawyer joke:
