(IMO), Sounds like the Green Movement is using Green Lawyers and trying to make a lot of noise. (IMO), It's all hype. Banks need coal and petroleum to make money. And I mean, a lot of it!

Things are not always what they seem ;)

(IMO), Lay people put lawyers high on a pole. IN my opinion, most are losers. Their industry, and yes, they are in an industry, is so over saturated with lawyers, they have really made themselves and their industry useless.

IMO), And from my personal experience(s), a lay person can represent themselves much better just by going to the court and telling the truth and bringing supportive evidence for their case.

Again, things are not always what they seem ;)
