According to the last update they are conducting a feasibility assessment (study). You do that to determine if the project is worth going forward. Nothing is going to happen until it's completed. That will determine if this is a go or no go. Until this is completed everything is at a standstill. How long the study will take can be quit long depending on the depth of the study.
