Mark Calabria's actions cannot be challenged in court until SCOTUS rules. For now, he is at the same level as the Queen of England. Watt refused to respond to the sexual harassment investigation against him. Nothing could be done although the investigators were given recordings of the harassment. If Calabria hasn't gotten rid of bad employees, it's on him. No other executive, even the President, is above the law. Only Mark Calabria according to HERA.

If he has bad employees, why is he pointing to the culture at Fannie and Freddie? It's time he cleaned his own house.
