My guess having spoken at length to Ian is that he got screwed by Anders. It’s likely that Anders approved the Vietnam transaction on behalf of TAM and Ian got left in the dark. Once he realized he was essentially getting pushed to the side, he refused to give the company stock to Verus.

Purely speculation on my part. But it’s logical.
