I can't imagine that PMCB would release a false PR about the IND being put on hold. As we witnessed that PR affected the stock price and I think their smart enough to know that by putting out a false PR that they would open themselves up to a claim of stock manipulation. Even Bear has stated that Kenny is to slick to ever get himself tied up legally.

Where I am unhappy about the results, I do strongly believe that the IND was filed.
