DB-I believe that the announcement (see excerpt below) of sanction removal contributed "largely" to the increase in volume/pps! It certainly provided me with renewed vigor. None of our named defendants want this to proceed as far as specifying damages. Therefore one if not several have to be prepared or preparing to reduce their exposure to significant LOSS! I believe each of these corporations have committees that assess the status of their legal complaints and our complaint is now earning attention.... Any legal complaint is a RISK; one that has progressed this long, asserting perhaps $$$billions and starting to get publicity, further exacerbates it!
If I were Twitter I'd be the 1st one to lock up a license deal, NOW!!!
