A new drug generally has to go through at least 2 years of trials to ensure its safety although in the US drugs are often fast tracked and the manufacturers have to inform the public of side effects.You see those incredibly scary ads on TV constantly.It seems likely though that proven safe drugs will be approved now for Covid symptoms if not cures RVV is in a very strong position for approval.
