appears merger has gone through - the stock showed up in my TD account - after 20 min of them searching they came back and said I had it under some other cusip number and now it is back to SIGL - said a merger of some kind appears to have occurred.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
