According to what? I mean I sure hope that’s the case, but we need an updated timeframe from MX as to when the Master Plan will be presented. The last we heard was on 9/4 and that was “in about a month, and possibly before the end of September.”

Then there’s the possibility of a PR updating us on the funding..
